Rubbish Renewed 2025

ReCoHere is excited to announce that we participated in Rubbish Renewed 2025!  This was an exciting, innovative eco fashion event in Bend, OR, which raises funds for Realms School.

"Started in 2010 as a rogue fundraiser by a couple of teachers, it has turned into a Bend staple, a fashion-forward, sustainably run event that everyone in the community can enjoy.

The preparation and event encourage people to look at how much waste their lifestyles produce and inspires them to change habits that decrease their impact on the planet through small doable actions.

With an electrifying trash fashion runway, a live auction of select runway garments, our business challenge where 10 businesses compete for the Coveted Trash Trophy, a pop-up Eco-marketplace featuring creative products from sustainably–minded, community artists, and local beverages and food carts, what’s not to love! Join other socially conscious individuals for an evening of sustainable fashion, showcasing styles that the future demands, while supporting a fundraiser for Realms Schools. ReCoHere is a Sponsor at the Debris Demolisher level!  We created a fashion outfit for the runway, installed a textile art piece called Discarded Landscapes, and hosted an interactive sculpture called Threshold of Renewal!
